2. AI-generated output

Analyses, critiques, scores, continuity findings, and suggested edits are generated in part by large language models. They can be incomplete, inconsistent, or incorrect. Every output must be reviewed by a human before it is relied upon.

3. No guarantee of results

Princess Valerie LLC makes no representation that use of AIStoryBuildersPro will improve a manuscript, secure representation, obtain publication, or produce commercial success.

4. Your work remains yours

Authors retain all rights in manuscripts they upload. Princess Valerie LLC claims no ownership of author content. Content is processed solely to provide the service the author requested.

5. Third-party model processing

To generate analysis, manuscript excerpts are transmitted to third-party AI providers under those providers' terms. Authors who cannot share their text with a third-party processor should not upload it.

6. Originality and similarity

AI systems may produce text resembling existing works. Princess Valerie LLC does not warrant that any generated or suggested text is original or non-infringing. Authors are solely responsible for clearing the content they publish.

7. Rubric scores are editorial opinion

Rubric scores and overall scores are a structured opinion produced by a versioned rubric. They are not an industry standard and carry no external meaning.

8. Credits and estimates

Credit estimates shown before a job are maximums based on measured document size and are not a fixed price quote. Actual consumption is settled after the job and the unused remainder is returned.

9. Backups

Authors are responsible for retaining independent backups of their manuscripts. Princess Valerie LLC is not liable for loss of author content.

10. Service availability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features, models, and pricing may change or be withdrawn.

11. Beta features

Features labelled beta or preview may be unstable, may change without notice, and may be removed.

12. No confidential or regulated data

Do not upload personal data of third parties, health information, payment card data, or any material subject to a confidentiality obligation you cannot satisfy.

13. Age requirement

The service is not directed to children under 13, and accounts require the age of majority in the author's jurisdiction or verifiable parental consent.
