How credits work
You buy credits and spend them per job. Before any AI runs, you are shown the maximum credit charge for that job and must approve it. Unused credits from a reservation are returned.
Nothing runs before you approve
Every job begins with a cheap, deterministic inspection that costs nothing. It produces a maximum credit figure. The AI does not start until you accept it.
You are charged for what was used
The maximum is a reservation, not a price. When the job finishes, the difference between the reservation and the actual usage is returned to your balance.
Credits do not renew
There is no subscription and nothing to cancel. Buy credits when you need them; they sit in your balance until you spend them.
A spending limit you control
Each account has a maximum spend. Purchases that would exceed it are refused before checkout, not after.

Pricing questions
How do I pay?
Card details are entered on a hosted checkout page. We never see or store your card number.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits stay in your balance. Any promotional or free credits that carry an expiry are shown separately on your billing page.
What if a job fails?
The reservation is released back to your balance. You are not charged for work that did not produce a result.
Do I get anything to start with?
New accounts receive free starter credits and a sample project, so you can see a complete report before spending anything.
