Terms of Use

1. Your account

You sign in with a third-party identity provider. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to that identity secure. Accounts are for individuals; do not share credentials.

2. Your content

You retain all rights in the manuscripts and other material you upload. Princess Valerie LLC claims no ownership. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, process, and analyse your content in order to provide the service you requested, including transmitting excerpts to the third-party AI providers that perform the analysis.

3. Acceptable use

Do not upload content you do not have the right to upload, content that infringes another person's rights, personal data of third parties, or material subject to a confidentiality obligation you cannot satisfy. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent credit metering, or access another account's data.

4. Credits and payment

Analysis is paid for with credits. Before any job runs, you are shown the maximum credit charge and must approve it. Credits are reserved at that maximum, and the unused remainder is returned when the job settles. Estimates are maximums, not fixed price quotes. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts. We can offer refunds only for unused credits. Credits already used for AI token processing are non-refundable because of the high cost of those tokens.

5. AI-generated output

Reports, scores, findings, and suggested edits are produced in part by large language models and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are editorial opinion, not professional advice. Review everything before relying on it. See the Disclaimers.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features, AI models, rubric versions, and credit pricing may change. We will not knowingly change the price of a job after you have approved its estimate.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. On deletion, your projects and their stored packages are removed; keep your own backups.

8. Limitation of liability and indemnity

The limitation of liability and indemnity clauses in the Disclaimers apply to these terms and are incorporated by reference.

9. Precedence and changes to these terms

Where these terms conflict with the Disclaimers or the Privacy Statement, these terms control. We will post material changes on this page before they take effect.
