Privacy Statement
AIStoryBuildersPro is operated by Princess Valerie LLC. This statement explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it.
1. What we collect
- Account data — the email address, display name, and identifier supplied by the identity provider you sign in with.
- Your content — the manuscripts you upload and the projects, graphs, and reports derived from them.
- Usage data — activity records such as sign-ins, imports, credit transactions, and errors, used for support and abuse prevention.
- Payment data — handled by our payment provider. We store the transaction record, never your card number.
2. Why we process it
To provide the analysis you requested, to meter and settle credits, to keep the service secure, and to answer your support requests. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your manuscripts to train AI models.
3. Third-party AI processing
To produce a report, excerpts of your manuscript are transmitted to third-party AI providers, which process them under their own terms. If you cannot share your text with a third-party processor, do not upload it.
4. Who can see your work
Your projects are private to your account. A report becomes visible to others only if you deliberately create a share link, and you can revoke that link at any time. Administrators can see operational records such as job status and credit transactions in order to run the service.
5. Storage and retention
Manuscripts and project packages are stored in private cloud storage scoped to your account. When you delete a project or your account, the associated blobs are removed. Operational and financial records are retained as long as required for accounting and abuse prevention.
6. Your choices
You can delete individual projects, export your work at any time as
.stybld, Word, or PDF, and delete your account from the Profile page.
Deleting your account removes your projects; keep your own backups first.
7. Cookies
We use a sign-in cookie that is strictly necessary to keep you authenticated, and a local preference for your light or dark theme. No non-essential third-party tracking script is loaded unless one is configured and you have consented to it.
8. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 and accounts require the age of majority in your jurisdiction or verifiable parental consent.
